Abstract submission is OPEN!
All abstracts must be submitted online via the BALTANESTIC online abstract system.
Due to the fact that the abstracts will be reproduced in the Abstracts book exactly in the form, they will be submitted, authors are kindly requested to adhere to the following guidelines:
– Language: English
– Abstract text word limit: 300 words (names and affiliation details excluded)
– Suggested font: Tahoma, size 10
– Text justification: full
– Spacing between the title, the author(s), and the abstract text: Single
– Line spacing of the text: Single
– Abstract title: Abstract titles are limited to 15 words or less. The title should be dynamic and conclusive rather than descriptive and be entered in an upper case format. Use the italic font for the Latin terms (e.g., the names of organisms such as streptococci or candida). Titles should not be bold.
– Surname(s) of the author(s): Enter the first (given) name and last (family/surname) name for each author plus institution/affiliation.
– The presenting author’s name should be in bold.
– The affiliation details of all authors (Institution/hospital, city/town, state (if relevant), and country) should be typed under the names, with the corresponding indices. Please do not list the department/branch in the institution/affiliation field.
– Content of the Abstract: Titles, authors, and authors’ affiliations are not included in the 300-word limit.
The abstract must consist of:
– Introduction;
– Objectives;
– Materials and methods;
– Results;
– Conclusions.
Abstracts not meeting the forementioned abstract submission criteria will be withdrawn from further evaluation.
The official notifications will be emailed by the June 23, 2025 to all accepted presenters.
